Widek has developed a completely new bell in collaboration with Vandeveer Designers. The new design is slim and modern. The bell's unique clapper is modelled on the shape of a paper clip. The mounting system used to attach the bell to the handlebars is also completely new. Rather than a fiddly screw under the bell, the clamp can be fastened easily and conveniently from the top. The minimalistic design of the paper clip bell perfectly matches the streamlined appearance of the next generation of bicycles.

The public transport bicycle is grown tremendously in popularity. So much so that NS, the main railway operator in the Netherlands, has prepared a new request for tender that challenges suppliers of rental bicycles to submit improved models. BIkes2Go and Vanderveer Designers collaborated in designing a new public transport bicycle that includes a number of functional improvements relative to the existing model. For example, the vulnerable headlamp has been incorporated in a protective housing welded to the head tube.
In addition, the luggage carrier compartment is now deeper so that the securing chain, which is attached here, can always be stowed away in a user-friendly and safe manner.

The Yepp Cargo is a collapsible front carrier box, which makes parking cargo bikes as easy as parking a normal bicycle. The Yepp Cargo was designed by van der Veer Designers on behalf of GMG. The judges for the Dutch Fiets Innovatie Awards, a design award for innovation in bicycle design, felt that nothing could be added to improve this product. The strength of the design lies in its simplicity. A clever concept combined with contemporary styling. The Yepp Cargo successfully tackles a growing problem in bicycle parking facilities. The major benefit is the space it saves in bicycle parking areas.
